We are so grateful for your interest in our family and our ministry here in Mexico. Because of your faithful support and friendship, we’ve been able to develop Christian camps and train leaders who can use camp to build stronger relationships in their churches in Mexico.
We could not have done it without you.
And we can’t grow into the next phase of God’s work for us in Mexico without your help. Over the years, we have developed the 12 acres of land which we call Los Domos and have laid the philosophy and training material groundwork for developing more Christian camps across the nations. We have been training and teaching young leaders across Mexico, mentoring and challenging them toward what God has placed on their hearts.
Los Domos is not just a campsite where kids come to learn about God. Foremost, it is a training ground for developing more camps, working through program philosophy, and providing young leaders the opportunity to learn about their future ministry in a safe and nurturing environment. We have watched many believers come to a deeper understanding of who they are and what God has called them to. All these things have been a blessing.
We’re in a new stage of life now that all of our children have moved away, and our ministry is also getting ready to enter into a new level of what God has prepared us for over the last 20 years. While we don’t always know the details of tomorrow, we know Who we’re following and we obey His command to “Go.” God has opened up doors for more growth, more training, and a further reach to touch more hearts for the Kingdom. Discipling and training future leaders is our heart and passion, and we have been encouraged by the use of youth camps as we strive to accomplish what God has laid on our hearts.
It’s with great excitement that we present to you the Lighthouse Project, a three year, multi-phase project, which will bring consistent Internet and electricity to our rural lakeside property so that we can better fulfill the Great Commission and bring God’s light to the unsaved in Mexico.
